Started by a local Mechanical Engineer with a passion for Santa Barbara's beautiful custom homes, we intend to not only give your home the best, most professional care possible, but to also make owning a home seamless and headache-free. By giving immediate on-call support for any issues, performing regular surveys, and taking care of testing and service coordination on your behalf when issues arise, it allows you to focus your time and energy on the things that truly matter the most to you.

Yes, you have the option to build your own custom home plan and we will price it accordingly, if you believe that you would benefit from certain features and not others. However, be advised that you will receive the most overall value and best pricing with the full plan, and it is built to match the typical needs of top-tier Santa Barbara & Montecito homes.
No problem! We'll simply just need a key or a code to access the home for quarterly surveys and service coordination when you're away, and we'll keep everything up and running. For customers who aren't in town year-round, we'll typically pro-rate services so that you're only paying for on-call support when you're actually here, and not when you're away.
Payments can be made on either a monthly or an annual basis, with a discounted rate for people who pay for the full year upfront. These payments will be made through your client portal.
We offer the option to get a free baseline home survey as a trial of our services. During this, you'll get a chance to see how a portion of our service works, and you'll be provided with a full comprehensive report detailing any and all findings. Many customers start with this and find it a good way to confirm that they'll be getting the value they desire before choosing to sign up full-time.
